Apparently this building used to be used as residence and the company who owned the hotel converted it to a hotel/hostel. So when you enter, it looks like you walk into someone’s small studio. Regardless of that, the room is in it’s good size (we could lay open two suitcases), kept very clean and tidy. Although the couch was a bit too hard for my standard, the bed was so comfortable we both had a great sleep. The Wi-Fi signal was strong and internet speed was fast so that was great. Any Japanese buildings have bad insulation so once you turn off an air conditioner, the room gets pretty cold real quick but the blanket was nicely light yet thick so we didn’t feel cold during our sleep. The reception staff was calm and kind, explained everything clearly. The common space has a kitchen, a big space for everyone to sit down, relax and dine. It’s got board games and manga to entertain yourself. Whoever design the common area, they did a great job using woody materials, it’s got a bright and warm atmosphere. Although this place is categorised as hostel, we both quite liked it and were comfortable during the stay. :)

Just a short walk from Hakata Station, so very convenient. Our family room for 4 adults was adequate and clean and bedding was comfortable. The "aircon" has options for cooling and warming up the room, so we had a comfortable stay. WC and bathroom were separate, so there was no need to queue to use them. Towels, tooth brushes and bottles of water provided daily though we did not require daily cleaning of our room. 3 convenience stores along the walk between the station and hostel.

Location was great, a 5-10 mins walk from Hakata station it was very convenient. There was another station around 5 mins walk behind the hostel. Love it when there was elevator and also laundry & dryer machines. Shower room & washrooms were clean, spacious and maintained well. Hostel bed was good size with two hangers provided which was great. Staff at recep was very helpful. Common area was simple, cosy and pretty.

ROOM/ Nice and clean LOCATION/ An easy walk with luggage, approximately 8-10 minutes to the station. FACILITIES/ Nice and clean. I love that there's a shared refrigerator in the hallway on each floor. There are plenty of shower rooms and enough seating with a sink, hair dryer, etc. in the ladies' shower area. The lobby is really nice and conducive to socializing and resting, with a great vibe

Staffs are friendly and shared facilities are on good condition. It's located near a subway station on the Airport line. As some of the other rooms are resident units, there are lesser tourist around, so it is relatively quiet. The room is spacious. The outside of the room is open air.
